Note: If you used this website last year and completed your training, you don't need to register again!

Simply log in using the email address you used last year. If your email address has changed, still log in using the email address you used last year, and then update your account with your new email address under the Account tab, once you've logged in.

If you've forgotten your password, and still have access to the email address you used last year, you can use the Password Reset feature. If you've forgotten your password and you are no longer able to check email for the address you used last year, please contact us for assistance.

Using your same login info from last year indicates to us that you only need to pass a single Refresher proficiency test, instead of the five proficiency tests that new accounts must pass.
